“Veteran Designed,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of the Site and its online store.
2) Eligibility and Account

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3) Orders and Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy products. We may accept or reject any order for any lawful reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
- If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

5) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

- Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and receiving the package.
6) Returns and Exchanges

- Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law.
- Items must be in original condition unless defective or not as described.

- We try to describe and display products accurately. Actual colors, fit, and materials may vary due to screen settings, production tolerances, and supplier updates.
- Availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities.
8) Gift Cards and Store Credit
- Gift cards and store credit are redeemable only on the Site.
- Not reloadable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
- Treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
9) Subscriptions, Preorders, and Backorders
- If offered, subscription terms, billing cadence, and cancellation rules are shown at sign up. You can cancel future renewals at any time as allowed by the plan.
- Preorders and backorders charge either at checkout or when the item ships, as stated on the product page.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, war, government actions, or internet outages.
20) Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
21) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, for any dispute that is not subject to informal resolution. You and Veteran Designed agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally before filing in court.
22) Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
23) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
24) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Veteran Designed regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter.
