Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something is not right, we will help you make it right.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-returnable items: final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, worn or washed items, and downloadable or digital items.

2) Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos. For manufacturing defects discovered within 60 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund after review.

3) How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us through the form on this page or email sales@veterandesigned.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • Reason for the request and photos if defective

We will reply with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship items back without an RMA.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a verified defect, we cover reasonable return shipping.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable method and keep the receipt.

5) Exchanges

  • Fastest option: return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want now.
  • Direct exchange: request an exchange in your message. If inventory is available, we will reserve the replacement item for up to 7 days after issuing your RMA.

6) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5 business days.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error.
  • Items not in original condition may receive a partial refund or be declined.

7) Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on markdown within 7 days of your order, contact us once for a one-time price adjustment. Excludes limited-time promotions, bundles, and sitewide events.

8) Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, eligible returns can be issued as store credit to you. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the original purchaser.

9) International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are nonrefundable.
  • International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
  • Exchanges may be handled as a return plus a new purchase.

10) Holiday Extended Returns

Orders delivered November 1 through December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year if they meet all other eligibility requirements.

11) Where to Send Returns

Your RMA confirmation will include the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be refused.

12) Order Issues and Missing Packages

Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Keep all packaging until we resolve the issue.
